The Guamaní Private School is a private non-profit, co-educational, non-sectarian school committed in offering an English-based academic program geared in preparing our students for higher education and forming knowledgeable and responsible individuals.
Guamaní Private School has a long history going back to its founding in 1914 in the neighboring town of Aguirre. With an enrollment of over 550 students in grades pre-kindergarten through twelfth, Guamaní Private School is the largest and most well-established English-speaking college-preparatory school in southeastern Puerto Rico, accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and currently undergoing a self study with AdvancED.
Guayama is a small city of about 40,000 situated on the Caribbean coast with mountains bordering the city to the north. It offers both the charm of a historic and traditional Puerto Rican community, as well as modern restaurants, stores, and theaters.
